Truth be told, I'm 64, and we only ever called them comic books. The whole "graphic novel" thing is new to me. I found that I couldn't resist the premise of this series. I'm a sucker for"bad girls", and this one pulled me in.
The first issue has truly got my attention, and I can't wait to see where it goes. The last page REALLY has me so psyched for the second issue. I admit I see so much potential for all sorts of nefarious fun in the issues to come, that it's time to end this little commentary and move on to issue 2.

What is there to say great graphic artists, Story line is a good intro to characters
Really enjoyed the read. Harley Quinn is my favorite and I feel they do her justice. Love the humor and art, well worth a buck
This is an excellent start to a series the only drawback is if you are not familiar with the characters you may be lost
The artwork is wonderful. The story seems interesting so far and makes me want to read the next issue. Paul Dini never disappoints.
This new series has an interesting idea, but I'm not entirely sold on its premise. I'm waiting to see where it goes. It pains me to not love something Paul Dini wrote, but it doesn't flow like a lot of his work. Plus, the art isn't quite up to my standards. I understand that it's a different style, but it almost looks lazy.
"Gotham City Sirens" is twenty-first century! The sexy girls are alive and adventurous! I was very pleased by the low price, too. The comic book is a dark look at the female leaders of the Gotham City underworld. Try it on your computer sceen. I hope that I see more adult comic books like this one!
I'm a Batman fan and a friend recommended this series to me. I know a bit about the Selina and Dr Quinzel and Isley but not a lot. They're usually very one dimensional when depicted in the Batman comics so I was hoping that this story would give them a better treatment. I want disappointed. It's well drawn and the interaction of the ladies when they're plotting together really adds depth to their character motives. Lot's of fun!
